Confirmation and Amendments Policy
We need your confirmation to book a tour. Along with an advance of 25% to book a tour. In case of Bhutan and Tibet 100% pre-payment is necessary. We need the complete payment 30 days before arrival of the client in India.

After having received your confirmation, we will sincerely do our best to organize the tour as desired, but if due to any reasons beyond our control we have to reroute an itinerary, change a hotel, or mode of transport, we would do so keeping in mind client's comfort, experience, and above all, operational restrictions, if any, under intimation to you.
Any additional expenses incurred due to the forced change in the itinerary will have to be borne by the client, and any refunds will be credited to your account.

Indo Asia Tours Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to any, refunds or claims arising due to delays, or a change in itinerary forced on us due to any acts of God, acts of Government, acts of war, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, epidemics or cancellation of flights, or any such acts, beyond our control.



Cancellations, No- Shows and Refunds Policy

a) More than 30 days before the tour, USD 50 per person for a FIT and USD 200 in case of a group, plus all non-refundable deposits if any paid to any hotel/agent/ carrier, etc,

b) Between 15-30 days notice will involve 50% of the tour cost as cancellation charges, plus all non-refundable deposits if any paid to any hotel/agent/carrier etc.

c) Between 00-15 days notice will attract a cancellation charge of 100% of the tour cost, plus all non-refundable deposits it any paid to any hotel/agent/carrier etc.
Note: The cancellation charges will be completely waived off if the group tour is re-booked to operate during the validity period of the quotation, but the nonrefundable deposits paid has to be borne by the client.


Insurance Policy
Insurance of any nature in not covered in our prices, nor are such options available at the time of compiling this information. It is explicitly understood that the clients are booking the tours at their own personal risk.


Group Size and Complementary Policy

Due to the fact that most of the deluxe coaches allowed till date have only 35 seats, it is- advised not to have more than 30 clients in a coach.

If the group size is more, then the group will be divided into a number of coaches.

To get the benefit of group rates, a minimum of 15 paying passengers must travel together,
1 tour leader / organiser is complementary and is entitled to a single room.


Payment Policy


1. In case of travelers cheque, we will need the photocopy of the passport showing the name, date of birth, issue, Expiry, validity, nationality and passport number of the person signing on the Travelers Cheque

In case you will be paying by credit card then there will be an additional charge of 2.5% Bank Processing fees on all Credit Card Transactions. And we will need an authorization signed by you to authorize Indo Asia Tours Pvt. Ltd. to charge your Credit Card. We will also need a copy of both sides of the Credit Card showing clearly the Number of the Card, Name of the cardholder, date of issue & expiry and the signature of the cardholder. We are enclosing a copy of the authorization as well. (Please make the photocopy of the credit card in the lightest mode to get the best results) .We accept only American Express Cards.
